Hooray! Newly Designed IntuuChina Website

Dear IntuuChina blog readers!

Internship in Social Media Marketing in Shanghai

The intern would start a part-time or full-time internship (20hrs/week to 40hrs/week) for the first six months until her/his internship turns it into a full-time job. The intern will work directly with the Dir. of Digital Marketing in the management of Social Media.
 Main Responsibilities:
- Leading the strategy in Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram, and creating media content for all Social Media, including tweets, posts, discussions, blog entries and photographs.
- Pro-actively interacting with on-line communities across Social Media, engaging users to comment, like, share or retweet our content.
- Facilitation/Moderation: Playing the role of administrator, conversation starter and referee in user generated forums and community debate inside and outside the web forum.
- Blog content developer  whether it is upload videos, pictures or text content – creating a fresh supply of interesting news from the company, promotions, openings, intern testimonials or industry related news.
- Develop a strategic marketing plan: Work with Dig. Marketing Director doing market research and analysis in order to define goals and strategy.
- Marketing plan implementation and control: Coordinate the company digital marketing strategy on social media platforms to achieve marketing goals and thus contribute to achieve bigger organizational goals.
- Using social media monitoring tools (HootSuite, Bitly, Buffer, SocialMention, Klout) to monitor conversations, keywords, hashtags, competitors, partners and followers; track posted or tweeted links and report on metrics.
Requirements:
1.       Native level of English.
2.       Preferably currently located in China.
3.       Excellent written communication skills, good team spirit and pro-active.
4.        Ability to work independently and report work on a daily basis.
5.       Creative and out of the box thinking.
6.       Preferably with knowledge of graphic design software.
7.       Ambitious about the future possibilities in a start-up.
8.       Availability to work in China for at least 6 months.

Their hugely popular line of juice cleanses designed to detoxify and purify the body are sold in individual bottles.

This job description outlines the objective, primary responsibilities and/or requirements and qualifications of Intern. 

The Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting the organization in the development and implementation of its marketing, business development, and public relations plans. This will be accomplished through developing, maintaining and expanding marketing channels/methodologies to the professional community, healthcare professionals, senior industry and the public at large. 

Reports to: Owner/Executive Director 

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): 

  • Identify all local influence centres.
  • Assist with business development per blueprint and marketing strategy 
  • May assist with performing client assessment; coordinate with the office staff to ensure client starts in a timely manner 
  • Assist with visits and/or arranging meetings with persons responsible for or in a position to refer clients, this includes private, public and non-profit organizations 
  • Utilizes monthly marketing and public relations calendar to coordinate activity with national focus 
  • Assist with customizing and then disseminating press releases 
  • Arrange presentations and staff meetings. 
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, networking events representing Company services. Network with others in the industry to develop new business opportunities. 
  • Assist in coordinating various marketing methods including, direct mail, print ads, networking, internet, social media, and develop new methods of marketing. 
  • Assist with managing a (CRM) Customer Relationship Management System Qualifications 

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment 
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and follow- up skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required 
  • Ability to learn other software programs 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
